A full service and maintenance agreement will be provided to cover all aspects of service including:

• On-site technical support Full service plan (as agreed with your Account Manager)
• 8am to 6pm service cover - Monday to Saturday
• Prices are fixed for the full term Disaster recovery and overflow services throughout the UK and Ireland
• In house parts along with all toner stock to be monitored and replenished by Docutech Solutions
