Many companies are concerned about the negative impact they are having on the environment. At Docutech Solutions, caring for the environment forms a key part of our business strategy and it starts, naturally, with us. We have assessed the impact of our operations on the environment and then taken steps to improve it.
Environmental commitment
From reducing and recycling our business waste, measuring our carbon footprint and encouraging our staff to reduce it, for instance with power consumption, switching lights and monitors off at the end of the day, to working alongside our partners at Hewlett Packard, Canon, Konica Minolta, Kyocera, Infotec, Ricoh, Sharp and Nashuatec to ensure that their environmental policies are in line with our own.
Carbon footprint reduction
All companies are contributing in some way to the world’s carbon emissions and need to take responsibility for their own actions, but by focussing on green issues Docutech Solutions can help reduce your organisation’s carbon footprint and make a positive contribution to the environment.

Supply and Replace Program
We partner with the Woodland Trust to ensure that for every print device supplied we plant a tree to replace the paper that you print on. And we will replenish the forest with another tree for every million prints produced.
